Based on the Move Topic code? it would be nice to have a quick and easy way to remove a post that violates the User Agreement (Advertisment/ improper language/Harassment/your reason here) and have an opportunity to notify the poster of the removal with either a canned response or a comment box ?
Is that possible ?

I had this a while ago; would work on the basic pm principle; would definately be sweet

I believe this only functions for moving of topics; additionally you'll need to ask on the modification page.
